How do I wash my socks?
We recommend to wash your socks inside out with cold water and hang dry or tumble dry on low heat for best results. DO NOT BLEACH your socks, we recommend using color boosting detergent.
Will my socks fade?
No, your socks should not fade as long as you follow our washing instructions. Our customization process ensures the longevity of your socks. Please note, compression material on Nike Elite socks is tight fitting. When stretched over a thicker than average leg, the design will stretch as well. To circumvent this we prestretch each and every sock before putting our designs on them to maximize the clarity of the image.
How long does it take for my socks to ship?
Due to high demand we have a 2-30 day processing time on all socks. We pride ourselves on shipping out all socks in this time period. All of our socks are made to order, and we do not keep inventory. Please keep this in mind while ordering. Processing times are extended during holiday seasons.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Does iSOX accept returns?
At iSOX we don't accept returns on sold products. If your iSOX merchandise was not received in perfect condition then we hold the right wether or not to decide to send you another pair of socks. If you are unhappy with your pair of socks then send us an email to review. Please keep this in mind when buying a pair of socks.
Are your socks real Nike Elites?
Yes, at iSOX we use 100% Authentic Nike Elite basketball crew socks, customized using a special process. Our process that we use when making the socks does compress the padding on the bottom of the foot, however after you wash and dry our socks once the padding comes back fully. Our process is not a perfect process, and natural wrinkles in the socks may result in some blank parts at the bottom of the foot. PLEASE NOTE that you do not see these imperfections once the socks are on your feet. All socks are not created equally, we apply and position our designs to the best of our ability.

What size sock should I order?
Depending on shoe size we recommend the following
- Little kids 3-6 (Womens 4.5-7.5) - small sock
- Big kids 6-8 (Womens 7.5-9.5 )- medium sock
- Mens 8-12 (Womens 9.5+) - large sock
- Mens 12.5+ - extra large socks
